Will Someone from OM Be There on the Day of the Event?

As standard, we will not be there on the day of your event unless specifically requested. Our team will only be onsite during set up and take down. However, if you'd like the peace of mind of having an OM team member present, we can arrange this for you.

Standard Arrangement

Our team is onsite during set up (typically mid-week before your event)
We complete a thorough handover so you know how everything works
Our team returns for take down (typically the day after your event)
We are not present on the day of the event itself as standard

Optional: OM Staff on the Day

If you would like an OM employee onsite during your event, they can help with:

All things to do with the marquee and the items we have provided
Making sure everything looks perfect inside the marquee
Rolling the walls up if it's a nice day
Turning the lights on at the right time
Troubleshooting any problems should they arise

Things to Know

Duration: Up to 10 hours (the time slot will be agreed prior to the event)
Availability: Subject to availability
Additional fee: There will be an additional charge for this service
Accommodation: May be required if the location is over 2 hours from our yard
Multiple staff: We will quote per person if you require more than one team member

Please note: Our staff member will require a meal and access to toilets during the event.

Large or complex events with multiple marquee spaces
Events where weather conditions may require wall adjustments
When you want complete peace of mind on your big day
If you don't have a wedding planner or coordinator managing the day
