Yes! A site visit is a great opportunity for us to meet you in person and see the site or venue that you have in mind. It gives everyone peace of mind and ensures that when we arrive to set up your marquee, we're already familiar with the site and know we can deliver everything promised.
What We Do During a Site Visit

When Does the Site Visit Happen?
- We will liaise with you to find the best time for the site visit
- New or unfamiliar sites: The visit may take place during the enquiry stage, especially if it's a site we haven't been to before
- Venues we know well: It's sometimes more useful to have the site visit when you're further down the line with planning your event
- We're flexible and will work around what suits you best
