Please speak to your suppliers and fill out the form below with as much information as possible. We require this information if we are providing a generator or if we are providing the distribution of sockets around your marquee. Please note this form must be completed and submitted up to 1 week prior to your event to ensure we can provide the correct facilities....

Do you require any power to the bar?

If so, please let us know what times will require power in the bar? What are the socket requirements? What will the Watts/Kilowatt usage be?

Will there be any other areas of the marquee requiring power?

E.g you will have a PA system, so a socket will be required near the top table for a microphone for speeches or you have a welcome sign near the entrance....

Do your suppliers require anything else?

E.g. caterers usually require service trestle tables which we can provide, we just need to know how many (6x2.6ft trestles) and if they would like standard or high legged tables...
