Making an Entrance
Although isn’t essential, framing an entrance has multiple benefits. A space to greet your guests, to offer shade, to put down umbrellas, display your seating plan or the starting point for your grand entrance to the wedding breakfast!
A covered entrance in especially useful in the case of extreme weather (hot or cold) – which is also where our Stable doors play their part, enabling you to stop any draught passing through the marquee.
Our smaller structures can be used for a variety of further uses, including connecting two marquees together, connecting a sailcloth marquee to a building, or a walkway to the loo’s.
Possible Uses:
The Portico
Porticos offer a great option for your entrance. It measures 4x2m, offering a wide entrance and bridging the guy ropes.
We can offer a variety of floors for this area – although looks best with our Dandydura matting, connecting to the walkway.
The Porticos can be adjoined to create a 4x4m cover, or multiple entrances to the marquee.
Connecting Tunnels
We can use these tunnels to connect multiple marquees, or to attach to a building (ground surface permitting).
Stable Doors
Our stunning handmade stable doors create the grandest of entrances that compliments our sailcloth marquees and really enhances your experience – what ever the weather!
