Can We Use Our Marquee Either Side of the Wedding Day Itself?
Yes! Many of our clients make the most of having the marquee up for several days. Whether it's a rehearsal dinner the night before or a relaxed brunch the morning after, you're welcome to use the space.
Standard Hire Period
- We usually set up the marquee on a Wednesday or Thursday
- Take down is typically on Sunday
- Depending on availability, this could be extended to Monday for a fee if you wish
- Our site managers will schedule the set up and take down according to our calendar
- Please let us know if you have a preference at the time of booking
Popular Ways to Use the Extra Time
- Night before: Rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, or a relaxed meal with close family
- Morning after: Recovery brunch, bacon sandwiches, and reliving the highlights
- Extended celebrations: Some couples host a full weekend of festivities
- Setup time: Use the day before to finalise décor and table settings without rushing
Important: Please make sure your wedding insurance covers the entire duration of the hire, not just the wedding day itself.
Things to Consider for Multi-Day Use
- Generator fuel: 18 hours of fuel is included as standard – you might need extra fuel for multi-day events
- Toilet servicing: If toilets are being used over multiple days, you may want to arrange a service to refresh and restock them
- Catering arrangements: Ensure your caterer knows about any additional meals
- Staffing: Consider whether you need any additional help for the extra events
Extending Your Hire
- If you'd like to extend the hire period beyond the standard days, just let us know
- Extensions are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee
- We're always happy to accommodate where we can
