We are offering the opportunity to work outdoors, with an excellent group of people at the most amazing venues, creating inspiring spaces for our clients to enjoy. No two days are the same – in fact, we’d argue that it is one of the most satisfying jobs around!
The OM culture is pretty straight forward – work hard, to perfection. You will be part of a like minded team – with one goal in mind! To deliver the best possible service, in a safe and enjoyable manor.
We are looking for the following roles,
for both our Northern and Southern bases:
Team Leader (Bosun)
Ability to drive, think, inspire and enjoy. This role will include responsibility, which will be recognised.
Rigger
Reliable team players with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
At the end of our season, we will celebrate our team, and share the success. We’ll make plans, to do something fun, somewhere great, a few refreshing drinks and a ban on any talk of tents & events!
