Corporate party
Back in September 2019 we were contracted by BIGGER Agency to work on a large scale Corporate party at Cornbury Park in Oxfordshire.
The event, a Corporate party for 500 guests would include a large dining marquee, a lounge marquee and a huge 15m geo dome for dancing. There were other various structures including a 25m wooden tunnel covered in greenery and an incredible 9m tall bbq spit.
On arrival to Cornbury House, guests were lead through the greenery tunnel into a courtyard opening between the marquees. Wooden decking connected the three marquees and in the centre stood a pergola with a giant fire pit. The whole space was so magical with overgrown greenery, festoon lighting and the fire pit. The Floral design by Miranda Fairhurst was exquisite.
The dining marquee, a 12m x 27m space was laid out with rustic wooden grazing stations and poser tables ready for guests to perch at while they ate.
Next to the dining marquee we built a 9m x 16m bar and lounge space. The space consisted of a 4m bar and back bar and was furnished with a beautiful selection of furniture and lighting from Virginias Vintage.
