Bars2u mobile bars are Based in central Cumbria and were established in 2003. We provide a bespoke mobile licensed bar solution to your event. Using experienced uniformed staff we specialise in catering for your marquee occasion with a wide choice of premium drinks, service options and cocktails.
Booking.
We get booked up fast so we recommend getting in touch as early as possible, if however you have been let down or you have a short notice occasion then give us a try, if we have the availability then we will do everything we can to help.
Drinks packages.
We offer a cash bar where guests pay for there own drinks, we can also do all inclusive where the organiser pays for the drinks, reception drinks, arrival drinks, table wine, toasts etc can all be arranged, and we would be happy to give you a quote after discussing your requirements.
Our standard range of drinks include a variety of beers, wines, and spirits, more or less what you would expect to find in the pub, we also offer cocktails from Espresso and Passion Fruit Martinis to Mojito and everything in between.
Draught beers and hand pull local Ale can be arranged, this may incur an extra cost depending on the size of your event, please contact us for a quote.
Glassware.
Glassware is included at no extra cost for any drinks we are providing.
Service and Licensing.
We will talk through with you if you event and venue need licensing, if it does then this is something we can arrange, the license will stipulate what time we can serve from and to but within reason we can tailor the license to the times of your choosing.
Recycling.
If there is no plan or facilities for recycling on site, then any waste and recycling that we make will be removed from site when we leave at the end of the night.
