A page for those in charge of planning your event. Things to bear in mind when deciding on marquee positioning, interior decoration, marquee set up and take down and delivery. Do please ask if you have further questions, or are still unsure.
The sizes listed are measured to the edge of the canvas. We must also allow at least 2 meters around the tent for guy ropes.
There are specially designed loop holes strategically built into the design of the canvas, to attach decoration. We ask that NO temporary (safety pins, sellotape etc) fittings are used elsewhere. We can arrange for just about anything to be hung from the king poles, or between the king poles, but we need to know in advance to ensure we put pulleys and fittings in place.
Listed prices include delivery within 60 miles of our bases. We will quote additional delivery if needed.
The clear walls are all designed to be rolled up allowing for the al fresco feel, they can also be folded back to create openings and doorways, to suit your requirements.
If possible, the tents look and feel best on flat ground. Likewise do the tables within.
The tents will be put up on either Wednesday or Thursday. And taken down on either Sunday or Monday.
We have a range of furniture, bars and flooring. If you see something elsewhere that you would like and we will attempt to source, or, you are more than welcome to source separately.
We will almost certainly arrange a visit to your site prior to booking one of our tents. It is as important for us to see the site, as the choice of tent is for you.
On confirmation, we will send you a ‘contract’, confirming the date, marquee, furniture and set up plans, along with request for 25% deposit. The remaining balance will be due 1 month prior to the event date. We will endeavour to make arrangements right up until the event day, but the sooner we know, the more chance there will be of making in happen.
